Is Gerber Or Cerelac Best For A 7 Month Old Infant?

Hello doctor My baby girl is 7 month old she is 9.1kgs. Once a day i give fer instant food like cerelac or gerber so she gets used to it ..can u tell me which is better to give cerelac or gerber .. I feel cerelac is very sweet and scared that it will make her gain unnecessory weight as she is already a healthy baby .. Can u please help me
