Dear sir i can understand your concern.
In natural course of diabetes when monotherapy is not able to control your blood sugar its advisable to switch to dual therapy.
your doctor had done the same.
glimisave m1 is a combination of glimipride and metformin, this a good combination and gives you good results.
i suggest you to follow balanced diet and daily walking for not less than 45 mins
diet and exercise are very important in controlling diabetes.
Hope I was able to help you.
If you have any further question feel free to write me back. I will be happy to help.
Take care.
Best Regards.
