sir, i am 38 year old lady suffering from LPP since last six month, some blackish skin colour develop in my neck area and same in some part of face,arm, elbow,lips, all over body . i went to dermetologist he suggested me tab Grisovin fp 250mg Allegra 180mg

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history of LPP (Lichen planus pigmentosus), my treatment advice is:
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30.
2. Apply a Kojic Acid cream like Kojivit twice daily on the affected skin.
3. Take a vitamin B12 supplement once daily for 3 months.

If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.
