Is Gulf Ferrous Sulphate Safe To Drink During Pregnancy?

Hi, Is Gulf ferrous sulphate safe for me to drink during pregnancy, it was prescribed for me to use, but my baby just stop moving, because he is always active and moving, now i hardly hear his movement and my stomach goes flat after taking this supplement.
