Hello dear Understand your concern. You can use gynecosid tablet (Gynecologist prescription is required) for medical termination of intrauterine pregnancy up to 9 week of age under the guidance of gynecologist. Never use at home by self at it cause excessive bleeding and incomplete abortion that can not be controlled at home. Tablet mifepristone 600 mg orally followed by two tablet misoprostol orally after 24-48 hour, another two tablet should be put in vagina after 6 hours under the supervision of gynecologist. If bleeding can not occur, dose should be modified by gynecologist. Abortion process will start with in 24-48 hour after last tablet of misoprostol. Follow up USG after 14 days are best practice to confirm the incomplete abortion. Proper rest, analgesic and pelvic hygiene should be maintained after treatment. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
