Is HIV Infection Exposure A Possibility Despite Initial Negative Results?

About 40 days ago I met a guy through net . First I did insertive oral sex with him (i was the top) and then for an hour I fisted him without gloves using my hands and sometimes I used my left feet. (At that time I didnâ??t have any open sores but few days before and after I was feeling 2 of my fingers tingling me without a visible reason and a small area of the sole of my foot was hard cause few years before I stepped in a small piece of glass) . After that I gave him again oral sex and finished inside his mouth. Then he told me that few years ago he had hepatitis b and he was ok now . I got very scared .I did the vaccine for hepatitis but then i got scared for hiv. At two weeks I had a duo test which turnd out negative. Then I retested again at the 28th day (which was actually 27 full days after the possible exposure cause I gave sample in the morning). Did I have an exposure ?Am I at risk? Do I need further test?

Welcome to HCM
Hello,Any unprotected penetrative sex is risky,if you had any cuts or wound during the time of intercourse than there is possibility of infection with HIV and hepatitis B
The problem you are explaining may not be due to HIV
Incubation period of HIV is weeks to 6 months,so you have to get yourself tested again, though the initial reports show negative
Incubation period for Hepatitis B is 30 to 180 days since your partner is tested positive to hepatitis B you need to get yourself tested for this as there are more chances of you contacting hepatitis B
Thank you
