Is HIV Transmission Possible If Vaginal Fluid Comes Touches Wound?

I am in California, received a massage, happy ending, and fingered her with middle finger. Had a small, 42 hour old non-bleeding puncture wound on thumb, same hand. Probably got vaginal fluid on thumb. Washed hands within 5 minutes of fingering. Is HIV transmission possible?

thank you for query.If the wound is dry and covered with scab there is no chance of infection.if it is still open or raw then there are chances of transmission provided the the partner is HIV positive.It is good you have washed the wound thoroughly.You can get back to me for any clarifications .Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist
