23yr old virgin One of my frnd gave a blow job for 2min i came We had small kiss didnt use tounge also, nothing else She was having cold that time. She dint hav sex for almost 1.5 years but she was admitted to hospital one month back because she had low iron, vitamin and low bp, she vomiting and stiffness in Limbs After one day i got cold and mild diarriah and small head after two days may be because of tension Shall i do PEP Am i under threat of HIV Please reply fast i got a day left for PEP

Oral sex carries a low risk as per CDC, Atlanta, USA. Compared to anal and vaginal sex.
HIV symptoms can occur in the presence of an infection at the earliest by
3-4 weeks after the risky activity. Not earlier than this. So your symptoms are not related to HIV. If your activity did not exceed 72 hours, you can take PEP, if you have some suspicion and as per some physician's guidance,

In your question you did not mention if the lady has been proved to have infected with HIV. Assuming that to be the case, the clinical data says that chances of hiv transmission after receptive oral sex is 0 to 4 in 10000. however, chances are increased if you have some mucosal bleeding or rashes on the penis at the time of act.
I would strongly suggest you to get yourself tested and visit your PEP clinic
