Is Horner's Syndrome Due To Cancer?

Hello, my dad has recently been diagnosed with horners syndrome. First symptoms started in Nov with bad headaches and the droopy eye lid. Just got the diagnosis. There are a lot of really bad causes for it and not so bad. Is this syndrome normally due to cancer?
