Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

i-Pill is an emergency contraceptive pill. Such pill when taken within 72 hours after an unprotected sex should prevent pregnancy by causing breakthrough bleeding within 5-7 days. If the bleeding doesn't happen by 10 days from the day of intake of pill, you need to seek medical attention promptly by consulting Obstetrician for evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S.
