General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
According to your history, your period will come on 6th date every month.
You had sex on 8th july and that is your protective(safe) time of your period.
Pregnancy will not possible as you did sex in safe period. Also there was no penetrative sexual intercourse.
So according to my opinion, I pill is not needed in your case.
Period may be delayed/irregular due to PCOS.
Please consult the gynecologist and take proper treatment of PCOS.
Oral contraceptive pill, primolut , metformin like drugs should be given.
Do regular exercise and maintain your weight according to BMI, avoid excessive sweets, spicy and fatty foods.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
