Is I Pill Effective In Preventing Unwanted Pregnancy?

Hi sir/mam. We had sex 2 day before. After having a protected sex(condom). Condom tear a little bit ( needle size). And as soon as within 15 min I gave my gf I pill. But I pill has shown nothing effect. M very tensed. Does I pill works???. Please rpl me

Hello dear.
Understand your concerns.
no worries dear, you are safe.
I pill is very effective in preventing the pregnancy around 95-97% as you took with in 15 minutes after the sex.
So chance of the pregnancy is very less.
But it cause delay period by the 8-10 days.
There is no symptoms or test that will tell about working of the I pill.
if period will delay by the more than 12 days then you ahve to think about pregnacy.
If you will be pregnant then still you can terminate it by abortion pill under the advise of the gynecologist.
Just avoid stress (STRESS ITSELF CAUSE DELAY IN THE PERIOD), take healthy diet and do regualr execise.
