Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic
I have gone through your query & can understand your concern

INR of 2.2 is normal who are taking Warfarin for a long period. Every blood thinner & anti coagulant has its own side effects like Gastric upsets, bleeding problems etc.
Warfarin is a powerful anti coagulant & is used in patients who need powerful blood thinning & anticoagulant effect. It should not be replaced with other anti- coagulant without the consultant of cardiologist, as it may cause worsening of your heart problem.

Refer to your cardiologist
hope this information helps
