Is IVF The Only Option In Case Of Endometriosis And PCOS?
My name is Dharini and I stay in mumbai. My age is 32 and have been trying to conceive since last 5 yrs. I have undergone 3 IUI cycles with simple medication but falied. Later, I had a mild PCOS which was removed in dec 08 while performing operative laprascopy. Mild endometriosis was also detected during the surgery so that was also removed. Post that My ovulation was normal. I did 2 more cycles of IUI but that too failed. My husbands sprem count is normal. My testosterone is a bit high. My AMH is normal.
This time my periods were delayed by 14 days. LMP was 22 feb. The urine test was positive but my blood test was negative. And finally I got my periods on 6th apr.
Is IVF the only option for me? Can you suggest me a genuine IVF specialist in mumbai?

as ur endometriosis cyst is removed...in case of pcod...u can go for follicular study after taking clomiphene from day two wid gonadotropins as prescribed by your gynecologist if follicle size increase to 18 mm den rupture den iui fr early results. ...do serum tsh and serum prolactin. ..
