Is Ibugesic Advisable For Ear Pain To A Child?

ibugesic 100ML can this syrup be given to 3 year old kid ? If yes , what should be dosage ? She had fever but not she does not have fever , when we visited ENT specialist for earache we told that she had fever before , she gave this syrup also apart from other medicines for earache. Pls suggest if thsi is the right thing.

It contains Ibuprofen which is an anti-inflammatory so reduces both pain and fever. You can give 1 teaspoonful 3 times daily (8 hourly)
