Is Ibuprofen The Right Medicine For Headache?

I fell and hit my head on a hard wood floor 3 days ago. I had an instant head ache for a few hours. Internally I was shaking for a few hours and still felt the internal shaking the next day and felt a little foggy. Today I have a dull headache. Do I need to be concerned and can I take ibuprofen?

Avoid taking any pain killers for now, visit a doctor first. Any head injuries that present with other symptoms need a doctors visit. You
