Is Jantoven Better Than Coumadin?

had a hip replacement Jan In the hospital they change my coumadin to Xarelto .I was passing blood in the morning became clear at night.. Went back on coumadin at 5 m Didn t do any thing .Went to 5 five days and 6 two days Only went up a point (103 first then 104) I ve been changed to Jentovln.. Haven t started them yet Maybe tomorrow New prescription..What is the chang going to do?
