Is Lactogen Advisable For A New Born Infant?

I gave birth 6 days back ...11th July precisely my baby is 3.6kg but he doesn t suckle on to me I have to use silicon but he doesn t always take the silicon in his mouth when real hungry he wants something immediate n I resort to lactogen immediately is giving lactogen good for babies at such young age ? Also if he doesn t take my feed can I use the pump n feed him

sometimes in initial days baby fails to latch to mothers breaSt ..or mother fails to get proper milk let down reflex. ...In such cases lactogen is advised as infant formula supplement to complete your baby nutrition. .It is safe if proper sterilisation ia dme. .still my advice would be continue to suckle your baby as nothing can substitute breast milk. .
