Is Levofloxacin Effective In Treating Bacterial Infection?

Is Levofloxacin save to take. My doctor prescribed it for a bacterial infection, and said nothing about any
problems that might be. In reading the prescription report about it, I am scared to take it.
My doctor's charges do not cost me anything. I have a military benefit.

hello!
I have been through your question.
You should know that Levofloxacin like all the antibiotics could have some side effects but this not means that we cannot use it at all. You cannot use levofloxacin if you have irregular heartbeat and taking some antiarrhythmics, has history for myasthenia gravis and if you are allergic from quinolones. Anyhow you can use levofloxacin to treat your bacterial infection( if you don't have above mentioned problems) associated with a lot of fluids for the full course of treatment , and during this period of treatment should be aware for any symptoms and to talk with your doctor before you stop it.
I hope my answer help you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
