Is Levofloxacin Safe And Effective In The Treatment Of Sinusitis?
I was prescribed Levofloxacin 500 MG 1 tablet daily for 7 days to treat a sinus infection after the first round of antibiotics and steroids didn t work. I just read the reviews and the horrible side effects, I took my first dose today but i m afraid to take anymore. any suggestions?

Levofloxacin is a good antibiotic for resistant sinus infections. It is not an antibiotic to be used for trivial infections, and when used appropriately the benefits far outweigh any harm caused by the side effects.
