Is Levothyroxine Effective Along With Lantus?

How does levothyroxine effect with lantus, humolog, astrovasitan? I also drink a lot of green tea and take 1000 IU of D3. Will I be ok mixing...I take astrovasitan at night, lantus before bed, humolog before meals, and drink the green tea all day long.
