Is Liv-52 Safe As Suffering From Cirrhosis?

i take milk thisle, and am wanting to take liv-52 as well. I have cirrhosis and am trying to do whatever i can to maintain . i am also taking other mediciations for. i have had chem an radiation, but everything seems pretty stable now. however my last test showed numbers goig up on my liver.
