Is Losartan Along With HCTZ Advisable To Lower The BP?

My blood pressure is 143/81, I am taking 12.5mg of HCTZ and Losartan 2.5mg as supplement. is that enough to bring hi blood pressure down? I was told that I have a pre-diabetic condition, is the HiBp related? What kind of doctor should I see for this condition. Thank you.

Hello,

Now your BP is under control only continue the same treatment.
The combination is good it will bring down and control BP.
If you are pre-diabetic no problem control diet and exercise maintain sugar level.
You can continue treatment with the same doctor.
