Is Lovenox Causing My Menses To Reappear Again?

I was hospitalized last month due to Bronchitis. I was given Lovenox injections while I was admitted as a preventative measure due to the Bronchitis. I had just gotten off of my menstrual cycle 2 weeks prior & I was starting it all over again, I thought this was because of the Lovenox. It has been almost a whole month since that cycle, & I still haven't had my cycle. Is this normal?
