Is MT Pill Cipla A Safe Medication To Abort Pregnancy?

Hi , 23 years old I m 85 kgs , my periods was on 21 of dec n its 29th of dec I have not got my periods yet and I hv took pregnancy test which is positive , this is my first pregnancy , I just want to know that taking MT PILL CIPLA carries any side effects for future , because my husband n me we both don t want this pregnancy plz reply fast

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your have got pregnant and you want abortion for that, well i don't recommend abortions. If you are not prepared you should take proper preventive methods to avoid it. MT pill Cipla is a good medicine , at times it donot abort completely. Firstly you should confirm whether pregnancy is intrauterine or ectopic and then start treatment accordingly. I would suggest you to do it under supervision of medical practitioner after getting transvaginal ultrasonography. The main complication associated with abortions is severe bleeding, pain abdomen and retained products which might require surgical evacuation. Now i would suggest you to take Unwanted kit which is used for the medical method of abortion. this contains the tablets mifepristone and misoprostol which is an effective method of abortion for pregnancies less than 7 weeks gestation.
