Is Marijuana Helpful In Hypertension?

I' am Currently a College Freshmen in Southern California, I have Hypertension , Depression ,Stress and I have used Marijuana to see what happens, and I felt relaxed, able to sleep better, confident I perform better in my class too, I want to know how can I obtain a Medical Recommendation to use Medical Marijuana for my Problems? PS: I'm scared to ask my doctor because I dont want him to think I am lieing to him because Marijuana really does help me, How do i ask my doctor to write me a recommendation to use medical Marijuana?

There is no problem in asking I guess. He shall consider if it helps. He knows it better. Only thing you can do is to give him a hint to consider in that line.
