Is Marijuana Intake Safe For Depression?

I am considering using CBN, which is an agent from marijuana. It is legal. I take an antidepressant that does nothing. I am 69 year old, I have pain in my knees, and I am sad all of the time. This is suppose to alleviate these. They give it to children for pain and seizures. It available thru Amazon. I suggested it to my sister, and she hung up on me. I need your opinion

and mood symptoms

also a different anti depressant

or a combination of antidepressants

or even lithium with antidepressants is useful
