General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If he has been feeling dizzy on a regular basis then it is important that he should be seen by a physician so that the cause can be determined. For now, you can give him Tab Vertin which contains betahistine to control his symptoms. meclizine can be given too for temporary relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman
