Is Meftal-P Safe And Appropriate For My Infant With Fever, Cold, Cough, And Diarrhea Unresponsive To Calpol?

My daughter is 6 months old,6.45 kg.She had a fever,cold, cough from last 4 days.and diarrhoea from 3 days. We are giving her following medicines:- Ascoril LS 1.5ml thrice a day. maxtra 0.5 ml twice a day. Azee syrup 3ml once a day calpol 1ml after every 4 to 6 hours enterogermina once a day her fever is between 100 to 101 since today and calpol/paracetamol seems not working as it is not helping temperature to go down . Now,doctor advised to give 1.5 ml MEFTAL P to her. Rapid antigen test of covid was done yesterday, it was negative. please tell me ,is it the right treatment for my baby girl. What is the condition she is suffering from? and what other treatment can be given
