Is Meftal-P Safe For My Child And What Dosage Should I Follow For His Fever?

Hi, My son is down with fever for last 2 days. He is 10 yrs old and weighs 36 kgs. We gave him Crocin ds -12ml every 6 hours but fever crossed 102 and hence we gave 7ml of Mephtal P. The fever drops after that but comes back again after 5-6 hrs. Is the Mephtal P dose ok ? Everyone else in home is fine. He doesn’t have any throat or nose usse. Please advise the dosage for Mephtal P
