Is Meftal P The Right Medicine For High Fever?

Hello, My daughter is 14 months old, and have fever from two days. Doc, prescribed babygesic every 6 hrs once & meftal p if temp beyond 102. Her weight is 8.3 kgs. Now I gave meftal p, when her temp was 102.5. After 3 hrs i gave babygesic, but now her temp is 97.5. Do I have to worry about it?

Hi,

Meftal-P is a combination of Paracetamol and Mefenemic acid and it can control fever. Nothing much to worry as the treatment is on the right track.
