Is Meftal Forte Advisable For Severe Body Pain, Headaches And High Fever?
I have unbearable body pain, headache and 104 fever, the fever does not break with Crocin 650mg,my doctor prescribed me meftal forte which works wonders,my blood report says there is no dengue, typhoid, uti infection or malaria.it shows large platelets.is it safe to take this drug
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the blood test is negative as long as malaria, and other infections are concern then it may be viral infection and it will take few days to come around it will finish the course of viral infection till then care need to be taken for good hydration and hyperpyrexia try cold sponging, parental antipyretic can be tried in high grade fever, if fever does not responds then better to get admitted in hospital hope this information helps.
