Is Melaglow Effective In Reducing Dark Circles Under The Eyes?

I m having dark cicles around my eyes since about 2 years. I had consult a dermatologist, he advised me to use fair eye, wunder eye advance but the above cream didn t remove dark circles and now he advised me to use melaglow cream.Is this cream would be helpul in reducing dark circles?
