Is Melaglow Safe And Effective For Hyperpigmentation?

helo doctor ...I am suffering from hyperpigmentation...i hd freckles on mi skin ..n now i hav dark patches on my cheeks...i used melacare and melawash for a month ...my skin got all clear but it caused redening of my skin when in sun...n then my doctorchanged my medicine to MELAGLOW N glyco-6 ...plz advice if it is good enough to use bcoz i cnt see any results
