Is Metformin And Tarana Tablets For PCOS Safe To Take While Having Severe Acidity?

I am suffering from pcos .Just few days before I meet a gynochologist & he prescribed me METFORMIN & TARANA tablets .As I am suffering from acute acidity & menstruation should I continue those medicine? Please refer some preventive measure of PCOS-anamika singh
