Is Methotrexate Advisable Along With Humira For Pain In Knees?

I have been on methotrexate since 1981 and I did great on it until Jan of this year. My knees got so bad I could not walk and my right thumb swell and very sore. My doctor added Humira Jan of this year. They are some better. do you think the methotrexate is still working for me?

You can continue both and Humira. In severe cases steroid may be required. Consult a rheumatologist and he will direct you accordingly.
