General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, it is advisable.

Sperm retrieval (SR) coupled with intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is the only option for men with NOA who seek fertility.

Among the SR techniques, microdissection testicular sperm extraction (micro-TESE) has been applied with encouraging results.

Don't worry, infertility treatment has reached to very great heights in recent years. Be positive.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
