Is Mifepristone Alone Effective In Pregnancy Termination?

please help me. i am 8 weeks pregnant. i took mifepristone on 14th of this month at 6:00pm. after reading the fatal effects of misoprostol I decided not to take it as it comes as a comination pack.i am confused whether mifepristone alone will be effective in terminating the pregnancy?

Mifepristone alone does not cause abortion As it cause just separation of implantation product from uterus. But to remove that product misoprostol is required that cause utrine contraction and lead to expulsion of product (bleeding with tissue and blood clots) You have to take complete abortion treatment under the observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan. 600 mg mifepristone orally after food followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally after 24 hour. Bleeding and cramp will occur 30-40 minutes after taking pill and last for 4-5 days. Do not use this treatment as it cause serious complication that require surgery and can not be controlled at home. Post abortion USG after 14 days to confirm retain product. Rest and analfesic is advisable after abortion
