Is Mimvey Lo A Plant Based Medicine?

Hello I am trying to find out if mimvey lo is more chemicals than natural? I am currently using the creme form of bio identical hormone therapy which is yam and soy based. I have been using it since 2007. Just curious as to whether mimvey lo is plant based?

Mimvey Lo is composed of estradiol and norethindrone acetate. It is a combination of female hormones used in women who have a uterus to treat moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause, and to prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis.
