Is Minoxidil 2% Advisable For Severe Hair Fall And Alopecia?
Hi, I have severe hairfall and baldness (alopecia). I used minoxidil 5% but I had severe side effects. I also have severe dandruff and flaky itichy scalp and I swaet a lot from my scalp. I am planning to use minoxidil 2% now but before that I wish to use nizral 2% shampoo. Please let me know if im doing it right.

I don't see any harm in going about the regimen you have chosen, but again I would just like to throw in a fact sheet, that this regimen can help in only a very minor way and not more. If you are already bald then it will not really show any changes in your hair growth, from my experience with my patients it only helps to prevent rapid progression of alopecia and nothing too intensive.
