Is Misoprostol 200mg Safe For A 3-month-pregnant Woman?

Hi ...when was in my 2nd month of pregnancy i drink misoprostol 200mcg as i remember it was 8 tabs..after that i bleed for a day and then stopped..then i took a preg test but still its psitive.i am now 3 month preg.but i m still scared that my baby will have an abnormalities physically and mentally.plz heip me what to do.i also suffering from abdominal pain for sometime.is my baby ok?

Hi,

You should get your ultrasound for fetal well being done and should be sure about the pregnancy and baby’s cardiac activity and get anomaly scan at 18th week. Taking Misoprostol is not safe at all. Plus the bleeding is also a warning sign.
