Is Montec LC Advisable For Ear Pain, Cough And Cold?

My daughter is having continuous ear pain,cough and cold problem since 2 months. as doctor advised she is taking medicine for the last one month even though there is no improvement. Now doctor advised her to take montec lc 5mg tablet in the night time. She is 5 years old now...how long she need to take the tablet..is there any side effects...what is the permanent remedy......

I really appreciate your concern, even after the symptomatic medicine clinical symptoms remains as it is then, ear need to be examine for cause of pain, it may be boil inside, fungal infection, pus formation, foreign body, such possibilities need to be ruled out, in my opinion now there is only option you have and that is to see the ENT surgeon, hope this information helps, take care.
