Is Mycophenolate Advisable For Arthritis?

Hi, My sister in law and myself suffer from arthritis. Her dr. Prescribed 500 mg Mycophenolate. I Google docs the drug and it says it s for organ transplants. Am I not getting something right? She said I should talk to my Dr. About it cause she is doing great on it. What am I missing??????

Any drug has multiple action. Having said that Mycophenolate is an immunomodulator it can be used in arthritis as well in transplant. So relax you are getting a right drug.
