Is Naproxen Known To Have Side Effects Like Nausea, Vomiting And Dizziness?

I am taking Naproxen sod 550mg 2x daily for 10days. and ive been getting strange side effects such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and strange bruising. is this normal or should i go to the er again, for they're the one that prescribed it to me.
