Is Neopride, Effective For Painful Ribs?

i am suffering from severe pain just below lower ribs and pain in ribs also since two months and now i am under treatment of gastointerologist. he suggested mac 2 tab , neopride 2 tab in a day and franxit 1 tab in morning what is you opinion about treatment and how much time to recover.
