General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.
I really appreciate your concern for your husband's illness.
If he is OK with previous medications, then there is no need to use Neupro patchs.

Because Neupro can cause or worsen psychotic-like behavior including hallucinations, confusion, excessive suspicion, aggressive behavior, agitation, delusional beliefs and disorganized thinking.

There is also a high tendency to fall asleep frequently if Neupro is given along with above medications.
It also increases BP and heart rate, weight gain, & fluid retention.

You are advised to visit the treating doctor if you really want to start Neupro transdermal patch after stopping the above medications.
Hope your doubt is cleared.
Kindly rate the answer, if you are convinced.
