Is Neurobin Forte, Effective For Irregular Periods?

I am 35 years. I have irregular menstrual periods (32 to 36 days between) cycle. So I consult doctor they checked once and said no problem of me prescribed b12 tabs(Neurobion forte). But I am having fibroid in my right chest now I am taking green tea and wheat grass powder pls sages me it is use full for me
