Is Nido Or Whole Milk Appropriate For 2 Year Old?

my little girl is 2 yrs old she will not go to bed without a bottle well it is a sippy cup but so much like a bottle so same I give whole milk or nido , she is a picky eater and does not eat a whole lot in the day but is always playing and a very busy girl so I figure she must be wanting the bottle at night because she is wanting the calories I don t know ? maybe you can help what would you suggest in this situation please help

Hi,

Whole cow's milk (3.25%) and whole, pasteurised goat's milk fortified with vitamin D and folic acid are the only suitable milks or milk alternatives for children less than two years old. After age two, fortified soy drink can be used as an alternative to cow's milk.
