Is Nifedipine Causing Severe Pain In My Biceps?

I am 57 old man with type II diabetes on metformin 500mg twice a day. My blood glucose moves from 140mg/dl -160mg.dl. My blood pressure is boarder line high 130-140/80-90 mmHg. I am on Nifidepine 20mg daily for the last 15 years. I have experienced a pain at my right arm where the biceps are located. My movements are restricted with severe pain unbearable towards rotating outwards the upper muscle of the same hand. When i palpate the bone, I do not feel pain and looks intact. What is that?
