Is Noble Plus Sufficient To Treat High Fever, Loss Of Appetite And Body Ache?

I have been having high fever for the past 5 days, only other symptom is loss of appetite and body ache. My blood test, urin test and urin culture came out clear, no microbial growth. I have completed a course of Nobel Plus tablets (twice a day for 3 days). Kindly advise.
